I love using Billr!! It is the best app that I have ever used to sort through the dinner bill chaos!! Its great how it separates tax and tip proportionately to how much people spent on their meal and then totals who owes what at the end!!
My one suggestion would be to add an additional section to the already 3 sections: Item Entry, Shared Items, and Tax & Tip. The 4th section should be discounts and it should separate the discount proportionately as it does with tax and tip. Other than that, I have no complaints about the app and recommend that everyone should use it!!!

Used this last night with some friends, worked like a charm and made things really simple.
Finally a bill calculator that doesnt look like someones 8th grade project.
My only suggestion is improve the number input to automatically insert the decimal. It will reduce keystrokes and errors.
This is a great app, no complaints.
However my idea to make it even better is to integrate OCR. You can take a picture of the itemized bill and then drag & drop the individual items & prices between the columns, so you dont have to type everything in. If you can do this (and make it as error free as possible) then this app would be amazing. Hope to see OCR in a future update! Cheers
Delivers exactly what is expected with an interface that is both pleasing to the eye and ridiculously easy to use.
Finally I can say I spent 99¢ on a bill dividing app that hasnt made me wish I could stab the creators. These app devs deserve all the hugs!!
Some bad moments
I havent been able to complete a bill. It crashes over and over again. The worst part is that it doesnt save your work.
iOS 10 now reports that Billr may cause my phone to run slow...
Billr hasnt been updated in 3 years. It lacks support for newer iOS devices screens. I tried emailing the developers but they dont even care to answer.
Doesnt save your listings, you have to start over every time you close and end the app.
Actually I hoped for more.
It was fairly easy to divide up the bill. However, it would have been nice to be able to assign names to each of the letters that represent the people. It wouldve been nice to have a save feature maybe one that allowed you to save the name of the bill so you can review it later. I would have also preferred to be able to email the individual persons bill to them instead of the whole bill. in order to save the bill have to email it to myself but unfortunately when I received thd email the image of the bill would not appear.
Someone complained about features. On a great $0.99 app. Seriously?
This app will save you MUCH more than that when your cheap friend tries to pay $10 on his $18 bill. Great app!
